ADB Inc is the prime architect for this commercial retail / Restaurant Project. In the design of the project traditional Texas village concepts have been used. With two towers and sloped tile roofs and flat roof with eaves project creates residential human scale in the design of a commercial shopping center. Adjacent to Arlington’s Ballpark stadium will attract tourists and vacationers to this old market-style shopping center. Though small in scale, the project is designed so it would look bigger than it is. Project is in design development and construction document phase.
